Manager, Radiology

Oversees the daily operations and strategic direction of the radiology department, leads a team of radiologic technologists, radiologists, and support staff, and drives cost-effective, high-quality imaging services. Responsible for optimizing workflow efficiency, implementing quality control measures, maintaining regulatory compliance (IAC, Joint Commission), monitoring safety initiatives, and managing budgets. Focuses on staff utilization, productivity targets, turnover/turnaround times, accreditation readiness, and continuous professional development to deliver reliable diagnostic imaging. Collaborates with physicians and medical staff to ensure effective imaging services, define measurable outcomes based on evidence-based practices, and contribute to patient satisfaction and overall quality of care. Performs leadership and HR-related activities to sustain a skilled, motivated workforce and timely financial accountability.
