Manager Radiation Therapy role responsible for quality assurance, weekly chart checks, regulatory/accreditation adherence, and departmental policy maintenance. Acts as a liaison between therapy staff, physics and physicians; monitors productivity and budgeting; oversees billing/documentation changes; conducts daily treatments and simulations as needed; provides clinical leadership, patient advocacy, and interdepartmental support across the Radiation Therapy department.
