Manager Radiation Oncology

The Manager Radiation Oncology will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the department's delivery of evidence-based patient care in a cost-effective manner, providing leadership and administrative management to the Radiation Oncology team with potential cross-campus responsibilities. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations (scheduling, equipment maintenance, staffing, payroll, training, discipline, evaluations), guiding physician involvement in decisions, ensuring effective communication with medical staff, managing revenue cycle and budgets, ensuring billing compliance, developing and implementing audit and billing programs, enhancing quality of care and standard work processes, coordinating associate orientation and ongoing education, maintaining records for competence and certification, promoting work-life strategies, safeguarding patient and staff satisfaction, and leading departmental/system projects. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree (Field of Study: Business, Healthcare, related field) and 5 years of management experience; a MBA or Master’s Degree in a healthcare-related field is desirable. Work shift is Day with 40 hours per week; location indicated as Delaware, OH, United States.
