Job Summary
Lead complex financial, operational, and business analyses supporting R&D and enterprise decisions, developing business cases and recommendations for planning and investment. Translate ambiguous business questions into structured approaches, partnering with stakeholders to align assumptions and deliver leadership-ready insights. Manage and develop a team of Business Analysis professionals through goal setting, coaching, and performance feedback while ensuring timely delivery across workstreams. Improve and standardize analytical tools, templates, and processes to enhance team capability.
