Manager Quality RN

Design, implement, and maintain systems ensuring integration of quality improvement activities at Kadlec Regional Medical Center and St. Mary Medical Center. Lead quality management, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement efforts to assure patient safety is a top priority for all medical staff and caregivers. Ensure the Medical Center meets Joint Commission standards and other applicable State and local regulatory and accrediting agency requirements. Manage continuous improvement of clinical quality outcomes throughout the organization.
