Design and implement a closed-loop warranty analysis system to drive root cause identification and reduce warranty expenses. Lead Quality Engineers and Supervisors in developing metrics, managing ISO 14001 and APQP processes, and facilitating cross-functional corrective action plans. Represent ATC in customer and supplier relations, coordinate visits, and mentor teams on effective root cause analysis. Resolve critical issues within policy guidelines while maintaining a safe work environment. Manage up to 25 non-supervisory employees across Quality Engineering and Reject Repair departments.
