Job Summary
Hands-on, data-driven Quality Engineer Manager leading the Fulfillment Center quality strategy and daily operations. You’ll supervise the Food Safety & Quality Assurance Supervisor, drive CAPA/validation activities, establish SOPs and document control, perform defect investigations, and lead cross-functional efforts to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement using SPC, Pareto analysis, and VOC feedback for regional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing), Food Science, Supply Chain, or related technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering in manufacturing/food production/high-volume fulfillment
- Strong proficiency in Data Analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Experience with Project Management methodologies
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles (Green Belt is a plus)
- Familiarity with FDA, USDA-AMS & FSIS, GFSI, FSMA regulations, HACCP Certified, and SQF Practitioner Certified
- Preferred: SQF, BRC, or ISO 9001 systems experience
