Job Summary
Manager, Quality Insights and Assurance responsible for leading a 3-person Quality Insight Analysts team, managing Quality Incident Management across all phases, transforming defect data into actionable insights, and driving CAPA and continuous improvement to lower the cost of poor quality. Will own quality standards documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Logistics, Product, Category Management), and report quality performance to senior leadership. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office; role located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of quality management experience (including customer claim processing, nonconforming product management, and quality performance reporting)
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports/leading a quality team
- Legally able to work in Canada (FULL TIME HOURS year-round/ no Student VISA)
- Must complete a criminal background check
