Job Summary
The Manager of Quality Engineering is responsible for developing and maintaining the design and development program in compliance with the quality management system. The role involves overseeing quality engineering teams for new product introductions, establishing staff performance goals, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field, with a minimum of eight years in a quality role, including two years in management. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and leadership skills are essential. The position offers a salary between $116,600 and $177,800.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry (or other Life Sciences) or Engineering
- Minimum of eight years of experience in a quality role supporting design control activities
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
- Advanced level knowledge of design control processes and best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with FDA and/or ISO auditors
- ASQ certification (CQE, CRE, CQA)

- Must possess strong logical problem solving skills
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
