Manager: Quality and Governance

Job Summary
Lead and oversee the Quality & Governance unit within the Sales division, translating governance and quality strategies into operational plans for reporting, compliance, revenue assurance, and continuous improvement. Develop governance frameworks, policies, and analytics to support regulatory adherence, contract compliance, accurate billing, portfolio integrity, and commission verification, while driving ethical conduct, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification (degree or diploma) in Business, Commerce, Data Analytics, Compliance or related field at NQF Level 6 or above
- 5 –7 years of experience in governance, compliance, revenue assurance, or sales operations
- 5 years’ experience leading analytical or compliance-driven teams
- Experience in media sales, advertising operations, or broadcast environment
- Strong governance, compliance, and risk management capability
- Advanced analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills
- Revenue assurance and financial accuracy orientation
- Understanding of media sales processes, billing cycles, and contract structures
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Policy development, internal controls, and audit-readiness
- Leadership, coaching, and performance management
- High attention to detail and commitment to ethical conduct
