Manager - QA/QC (High-Rise Residential Project) - Hyderabad

Oversee QA/QC for a high-rise residential project in Hyderabad, responsible for preparing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures, conduct audits for ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001, recommend corrective actions, monitor compliance, assist managers in reviewing contractor quality plans, review drawings and technical specifications for conformance, ensure timely resolution of QA/QC issues with Construction Manager/Consultant, perform daily inspections and tests of all scopes to achieve required quality, coordinate with contractor’s representatives to address quality problems and close Non-Conformance Reports, manage QA/QC documentation (certificates, calibrations, test results, inspection requests, NCRs, site instructions), close non-conformance and site instruction records, ensure quality and workmanship across civil, architectural and structural disciplines, develop method statements including risk assessments, conduct internal audits, liaise with the contractor’s quality engineer for material submittals, implement quality training for project teams and subcontractors, and prepare and present quality performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders. About the candidate: B.E Civil with 5 to 10 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry; deep knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control principles; proficiency across civil, MEP, HVAC, and architectural works; strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to lead teams and drive adherence to quality standards. Certification in Quality Management is a plus.
