Job Summary
Manager, Pursuit Operation responsible for facilitating CG APAC RFx pursuits, managing pursuit pipeline, coordinating PEM meetings, guiding local RFx teams and global teams from early engagement, and leading deep-dive China local pursuits to support CG APAC growth. Requires 5+ years in senior positions in engineering, program management, business development, or sales/account in the automotive industry; proven leadership to independently manage a team across multiple project phases; excellent Mandarin and English communication; travel OK; familiarity with complex international matrix organizations. Qualifications emphasize Bachelor's degree (Master degree a plus) and ability to drive pursuit processes, maintain pursuit status in Salesforce, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
