Job Summary
Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay cycle from PR to payment while overseeing material planning, supplier management, and inventory control to ensure uninterrupted production. Drive MRP exception analysis, develop purchase plans aligned with production forecasts, and govern procurement KPIs including OTD, lead time, and cost savings. Lead a team of three to four associates, negotiate supplier contracts, and implement automation initiatives to optimize procurement efficiency. Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity during volatile market conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical) or Supply Chain
- 12–16 years of experience in procurement within EMS/electronics manufacturing
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end procurement and supplier management
- Experience in managing teams and driving procurement KPIs
- Strong knowledge of the EMS supply chain and electronic components sourcing
- Expertise in MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
- Understanding of global sourcing and import regulations
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
