Job Summary
The Manager, Publicity & Operations oversees accounting and budgeting for the Warner Bros. Television Group publicity department, including programs and studios under the group. Responsibilities include billing management, processing and paying invoices, managing purchasing card expenses, tracking and reporting on publicity efforts (reach, earned media valuations, budget tracking, ROI), and vendor/accounts liaison across publicity and talent relations. Supports research and analysis for media contacts and vendors, identifies new business opportunities to optimize communications, prepares weekly reports, and manages department timecards. Requires 5+ years in office operations and 5+ years in the entertainment field, a BA/BS or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. The role is based in California with an in-person presence in Burbank as part of Warner Bros. Discovery, with responsibilities spanning internal/external collaboration, vendor management, and performance analysis.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or the equivalent experience required
- 5 years Office Operations required
- 5+ years in the Entertainment field required
- Experience in Publicity preferred
- Strong communication and delegation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with MS Office and internet browsers
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints
