Job Summary
Manager Public Policy (m/w/d) responsible for implementing Tipico's Public Policy strategy, strengthening the network with politics, administration, associations, and regulators, and serving as the company’s face to policymakers. Duties include explaining the product to regulators and decision-makers, ensuring the product offering meets regulatory needs, establishing Tipico as a trusted information source for policy and regulatory stakeholders, and developing and running events to connect and explain regulatory topics (notably in Baden-Württemberg, Bayern, Hessen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland-Pfalz). Requires 5+ years in politics, administration, consulting, or associations, with an established network of policymakers, experience with state-level legislation processes, and familiarity with iGaming or sports betting preferred. Strong stakeholder management, excellent verbal and written communication in German (and English), willingness to travel, relocation support provided for Karlsruhe area, and a modern, collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master in Political Science, Communications, Law, Psychology or comparable education
