Job Summary
Lead strategy implementation for Grab's public affairs by analyzing emerging regulatory issues and developing action plans for financial services, gig economy, and antitrust matters. Build and manage strategic government relations by serving as the primary liaison with Singapore government stakeholders and representing the company at key meetings. Collaborate with regional teams to analyze policy issues, develop positions, and execute public affairs initiatives and campaigns. Distillate complex public policy issues for internal and external audiences while supporting senior leadership engagements. Based onsite at One North office in Singapore, this role requires at least five years of experience in public and government affairs in Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in public and government affairs in Singapore in either public policy, regulatory, strategic advisory, and planning and partnership/project management roles
- You will be based onsite at our One North office in Singapore
- Passionate about making a positive impact in the community and on public policy issues
- Experience orchestrating multi function efforts and managing plans
- Skills in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of external stakeholders, including government, policy-makers and public policy community
- Ability to maintain performance and focus under pressure and adapt swiftly to changing circumstances
