Job Summary
Manage provider data management projects, policies, and procedures, including directory setup and contract activities, while overseeing staff performance and monitoring turnaround times. Develop reports to support strategic and operational requirements, conduct reviews and one-on-ones, and ensure quality and production standards are met. Maintain detailed knowledge of business applications for provider data, reimbursement, and claims processing, then identify and implement value-added programs to enhance network contracting efficiency. Act as the primary contact for internal departments on application changes, collaborate with Information Systems on special projects, and draft project briefs, BARRs, and BSDs. Develop cost-benefit analyses, create workflows and protocols, and conduct training on policies and procedures for internal and external departments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Health Care, or a related field
- 1-3 years management experience in a business setting required
- Minimum (3) years' experience working in a health care setting
- Experience developing new business processes and procedures

- Preferred Skills: (3) years leadership experience with direct reports
- Provider directory experience
- preferably with a background in provider relations, provider data services, information technology or claims operations
