Job Summary
Lead the PM Development team to establish global standards for Proposition Management, translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps that drive team performance and consistency. Build and accelerate digitalization initiatives to reduce reliance on fragmented knowledge, ensuring processes and governance are actively used to improve speed and quality. Create a robust community for cross-boundary collaboration, leveraging dashboards and KPIs to make progress visible and empower teams to make data-driven decisions. Coach staff on ownership and development while managing stakeholder relationships to align diverse perspectives toward shared goals.
Required Qualifications
- HBO/WO-niveau, bij voorkeur in business, digital of een vergelijkbare richting
- Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring binnen Proposition Management, procesontwikkeling of een vergelijkbare rol
- Aantoonbare ervaring met governance, procesverbetering en digitalisering
- Ervaring met leiderschap, coaching en change management
- Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en het verbinden van verschillende perspectieven
- Datagedreven mindset en het vermogen om structuur aan te brengen in complexe omgevingen
- Vloeiend in Engels
