Job Summary
Manage and drive the preparation of proposals by coordinating input from pricing, legal professionals, and competitive intelligence to ensure strategic responses are completed efficiently. Write, edit, and maintain up-to-date practice descriptions and copy while supporting the auditing of existing materials to create new approaches. Direct coordination with partners and key stakeholders, collaborate globally for inter-region opportunities, and prepare client presentations as requested. Update and maintain the opportunities module tracking system to assist in creating leadership reports. This role requires strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while working independently and collaboratively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant experience working in proposals functions
- 9 years of relevant experience working in proposals functions
- Strong research and writing skills
- Superior proofreading skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong professional presence
- Comfortable interacting and collaborating with lawyers, other professionals and staff within the firm
