Job Summary
Space Proposal & Capture Manager to coordinate with engineering, manage proposals and capture activities for Anduril's Space Business Line; write technical narratives, develop pricing strategies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate deals from cradle to grave. Responsibilities include coordinating with technical counterparts to accurately represent Anduril’s technology in narratives and documents, pursuing short- and long-term opportunities, writing responses to government and commercial requests for white papers, quotes, and proposals (ranging from two-page slick sheets to multi-volume technical program-of-record responses), providing recommendations on proposal strategy based on RFI/RFQ/RFP requirements, ensuring stakeholder consideration and transparency, supporting strategic pricing, managing content on unclassified and classified systems, creating and owning the proposal process, curating a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics, and monitoring opportunities for key internal stakeholders. Proficiency in handling security classifications and compliance, along with the ability to coordinate across diverse disciplines, is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business, government, government contracting, or defense contracting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to digest complex ideas into concepts for stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to recognize technical or functional gaps and propose solutions
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlines across multiple disciplines (design, engineering, program management, security, supply chain, finance)
- Active TS-SCI Clearance and experience operating in classified environments
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled and classified data
