Job Summary
Manage property operations by assisting senior leadership in developing asset strategies, preparing annual budgets, and reviewing lease reconciliations. Conduct weekly site visits to oversee personnel performance, approve invoices, and ensure compliance with safety programs. Lead staffing plans, vendor negotiations, and service upgrades while preparing employee evaluations and compensation recommendations. Provide input on proposal efforts and market surveys to support leasing objectives and maintain a positive internal and external image.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- RPA and CCIM or CPM certification
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in property operations
- Knowledge in all aspects of business including leasing and construction management
- Must have been responsible for a portfolio of three or more projects with direct reports
- A valid real estate license
