Manager, Property and Land (11-month contract)

Oversee the team in preparing, processing, managing, and vetting all applications for subsidized housing projects. Provide advisory services and guide the team in screening applicants regarding eligibility matters, as well as provide operational support. Carry out screening procedures and respond to enquiries related to eligibility. Supervise the team in taking and receiving statutory declarations from qualified applicants prior to flat selection. Manage after-sales services related to subsidized housing projects. Conduct these duties within a 11-month contract. Requires a degree in Surveying, Property Management, Housing Management, Business or relevant disciplines, minimum 8 years' relevant experience in leasing, promotion and facility management of mixed-use developments, especially preservation and innovative projects with social objectives, thorough knowledge of current property market and tenancy law, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
