Job Summary
Property Accounting Manager leading a high-performing team responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and preparing financial results for approximately 100,000 single-family rental properties; responsible for overseeing month-end close, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements, and supporting internal/external audits, with cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Asset Management and a focus on process optimization, automation, and controls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 5 years of accounting and financial statement preparation experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Yardi experience a plus
- Experience working with high volumes of data
