Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end review, approval, and expiration lifecycle of promotional materials within Veeva Vault PromoMats for assigned brands. Facilitate PRC meetings, drive review readiness, and ensure submissions meet quality standards while serving as the primary liaison between Business Owners, Agencies, and Reviewers. Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability, navigate complex review scenarios and escalations, and partner with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and agency stakeholders to support launch readiness. Drive use of master planning calendars, forecast review volume, and implement mitigation plans for key milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and Seven Years' Experience OR Masters' Degree and Five Years' Experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve problems logically, quickly and proactively
- Extensive understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards applicable to Promotional Review
- Must possess strong project management and organizational skills
- Adept to working in a complex and cross-functional environment
- Possesses a growth mindset and ability to embrace change and pivot when needed
- Ability to influence people without direct authority

Desired Qualifications
- Product launch experience
- 5 years of pharma/biotech experience preferred
- Co-promotion experience a plus
- Experience with DAM systems and claims library
- Extensive experience with content management systems (Veeva Vault PromoMats preferred)
