Manager Projecten

Lead the local project organization at Site Steenderen, managing a team of five Project and Lead Engineers to successfully deliver technical investment projects from concept to completion. Coordinate complex replacement, sustainability, and optimization initiatives while collaborating closely with production, technical services, procurement, and finance. Serve as the critical link between the site and the Corporate Technical Project Department, reporting directly to the Site Director. Maintain clear, persuasive communication in Dutch and English while guiding the team through change and ensuring project success.
