Manager, Project & Program Management

Manager, Project & Program Management role accountable for aligning and controlling the evaluation, development and execution of SEA BU Business Development projects and the GCB categories’ annual and strategic goals. Serves as primary interface between GCB Business Unit markets and Plant Operations, Logistics, RDQ for Innovation/NPD commercialization, technology improvements, capacity enhancement, productivity opportunities and compliance projects aligned with overall business strategy. Acts as an enabler for Innovation 2 Market initiatives across sites; benchmarks and applies Best Sustainability Practices and Best Cost Sourcing knowledge to deliver solutions meeting Mondelez standards. Drives ongoing business and simplification initiatives, integrates site change management to deliver projects while maintaining service levels, supports manufacturing roadmaps, and coordinates with cross-functional partners to optimize asset base, cost, quality, safety and people delivery. Responsibilities include leading change coordination, scaling manufacturing capabilities, and collaborating with BD teams to improve change processes and alignment with PAM, Quality and RDQ; and identifying cost-effective, simplified, harmonized manufacturing solutions to support regional growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytics, program management, problem-solving and leadership skills, with demonstrated capability to negotiate with partners and cross-functional teams and knowledge of marketing, consumer affairs and best practices in manufacturing operations.
