Manager, Project Manager - Global Payment Network Intake & Discovery

Intake and Discovery Manager within Capital One's Product Solutions team responsible for reviewing intake requests, partnering with intent owners to drive strategy, and maintaining governance across a portfolio of high-priority intents. Build and maintain working relationships with lines of business, Product, Tech, and Portfolio teams; monitor prioritized items; ensure documentation and SLAs; report on intake throughput and manage escalations. Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure initiatives are well-defined and solutioned prior to execution; leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to support the intake process; build trust with partner teams across Network Products and Platform. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or military experience and 4+ years of PM/Program Management experience; preferred qualifications include Master's/MBA and 5+ years PM/Program Management experience plus 1+ year of Product Management experience; PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certification.
