Job Summary
Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to peers and direct reports. Design, develop, and manage project plans in dynamic environments while ensuring appropriate documentation to mitigate risk and meet delivery timelines. Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to provide strategic thought partnership, leveraging problem-solving and influencing skills to drive project execution. Coach and develop a team of associates through your leadership style while managing expectations across all organizational levels. This role requires at least seven years of project management experience and one year of people management experience. Located in McLean, VA, Riverwoods, IL, or Houston, TX, with a salary range of $138,100 to $173,400. No sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 7 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 1 Year of People Management experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Masters Degree
- At least 8 years of Project Management experience
- At least 3 years of People Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
