Job Summary
Manager, Project Management to lead a team of Project Managers overseeing the implementation of ModMed's suite of products. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations (staff 1:1s, reviews, escalations, talent development, performance reviews), driving process improvements and KPIs (CSAT, time to activation), developing implementation methodologies to scale, Regular status readouts to stakeholders, ensuring quality standards via CSAT data, and collaborating with senior leaders on capacity and budget. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration within and outside CS, with a focus on delivering successful product implementations for healthcare practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Field of Study: Business, Healthcare
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or related fields
- PMP strongly preferred
- Healthcare background preferred
