Job Summary
Manager, Project Management within Retail Bank Operations Command Center leads enterprise-wide or division-wide initiatives, designs and manages project plans in a dynamic environment, mentors junior PMs, influences senior leadership, identifies risks, and thoroughly documents the project lifecycle while communicating status to stakeholders. The role requires strong stakeholder management, ability to work autonomously, and proven capability to deliver on time; preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification. The position is hybrid (3 days in the office, remaining days remote) in McLean, VA or Richmond, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 6 years of Project Management experience
- At least 2 years of experience working with a product or technical or software engineering team
- At least 1 year of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
