Job Summary
Lead moderate to large complex projects by providing strategic direction and designing project plans in dynamic environments that adapt to changing requirements. Ensure comprehensive documentation to mitigate risk and deliver on time while leveraging problem-solving skills to align project plans with business intent. Partner cross-functionally with project customers to drive delivery, build relationships with key stakeholders, and facilitate strategic problem-solving across the Enterprise Data team. Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization to accelerate work and avoid delays. Manage initiatives that cut across product teams to deliver results with a direct impact on the company's bottom line.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 8 Years of Project Management experience
- Excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
