Manager, Project Management role responsible for leading the department team and coordinating the management of projects from award stage to completion, including setting up planning, monitoring, and execution; leading client meetings/teleconferences and audits; recruiting, coaching, and developing direct reports; ensuring KPI data collection and analysis; driving process improvements; ensuring financial elements of projects (contract review, milestones, budget, invoicing) are managed; facilitating cross-functional collaboration and compliance, and promoting continuous improvement; requires Bachelor’s degree, 5 years’ experience preferred in business-related area, and experience leading employees; on-site role located in Kansas City, MO.
