Job Summary
Manage and mentor direct reports while overseeing projects across multiple business lines or sites. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and addressing customer questions. Prepare and manage project plans to meet required milestones, lead internal and client meetings, and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets. Notify finance of milestone completions for billing purposes. Work M-F 8am-5pm, 100% on-site at Catalent's Kansas City facility. Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in a client-facing project management or scientific environment required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years in a client-facing project management or scientific environment
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
- M-F 8am-5pm 100% on-site

- Prior experience leading and motivating a diverse workforce
- Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent‐sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW)
