Job Summary
Senior Project Management Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs (ERP rollouts, data platform implementations, digital transformation, and AI-enabled modernization) within a boutique consulting environment. Drive cross-functional delivery with engineers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders; manage senior client relationships; establish governance structures (RAID, status reporting, change control); and contribute beyond PM work with business analysis, requirements facilitation, change management, or vendor coordination. Willingness to be on-site in the SoCal area (Irvine or Los Angeles) as needed. Demonstrates delivery rigor, stakeholder presence, and an AI-forward mindset to improve delivery velocity and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years managing enterprise technology programs (ERP rollouts, data platform implementations, digital transformation)
- consulting or professional services background
- strong program/project management fundamentals (planning, risk management, change control, escalation handling)
- ability to present to senior client leadership and operate in complex environments
- secondary skill in business analysis, process design, change management, data literacy, or similar
- PMP or equivalent experience welcomed
