Job Summary
Lead program synchronization for the IBCS Operating Unit within GC2S, coordinating cross-program planning and development of integrated schedules to ensure contract and schedule alignment. Facilitate integration across multiple program schedules, track milestones, identify scheduling and resource challenges, and drive solutions. Develop program roadmaps and dashboards to support alignment reviews, build schedules and reports with tools like PowerBI and Power Automate, and serve as the escalation path for risks and constraints. Requires DoD Secret clearance; on-site in Huntsville, AL; relocation may be available; 10% travel. Proven experience in defense program management, Agile familiarity, and strong executive communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Experience in program planning and roadmap development
- Demonstrated executive communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Experience in schedule and resource management
- Experience in leveraging software tools that support program planning & reporting, i.e. Microsoft Project, PowerBI, Jira, Confluence
