Manager - Project Finance

Manager - Project Finance role at ReNew in Gurugram requiring 8-12 years of experience with CA/MBA (Finance) and CMA-ICWA credentials. Responsible for project assessment and financial modeling to deliver cash flow forecasts, scenario and risk analyses, and return analyses; manage due diligence and structuring of loans, equity investments, guarantees, and B-loans; collaborate with project development teams to identify financing solutions; negotiate commercial and legal lending terms with banks, coordinate debt syndication, and finalize term sheets with investors; support internal approvals with credit, safeguards, compliance, legal, and boards; oversee fundraising strategies, optimize existing facilities, lead refinancing efforts, and coordinate MIS reporting; and manage relationships with rating agencies. Requires strong finance, risk assessment, and stakeholder-management skills and experience in debt financing, project appraisal, and board-level interfacing.
