Job Summary
Manager, Project Delivery leading a team of Project Managers to deliver enterprise technology initiatives with senior-level oversight of scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality. Role requires adherence to the Delivery Framework and PMO governance standards, collaboration with business and technology leaders, and a focus on building high-performing, inclusive teams. Responsible for governance to ensure on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery, development of delivery metrics, and fostering strong partnerships with sponsors and senior leaders. Requires a university degree, 7+ years in project delivery, 3+ years of people leadership, PMO/Agile experience, and professional certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile). Encourages applicants with experience in financial services or regulated environments and emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, adaptability, and results-driven leadership.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project delivery, including managing technology or enterprise initiatives
- 3+ years of people-leadership experience leading and developing Project Managers or delivery professionals
- Demonstrated experience working within PMO governance frameworks and Agile delivery environments
- Professional project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe)
