Job Summary
Manager, Project Coordinators oversees and mentors the Project Coordinator team to ensure timely, high-quality project execution from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include defining team goals and KPIs, conducting performance evaluations, guiding cross-functional project coordination, serving as the escalation point for project-related issues, maintaining strong client relationships, driving process improvements and standard operating procedures, and generating regular reports with insights on status and performance. Requires leadership experience (6-8 years), strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with project management tools, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience); PMP certification is preferred. Hybrid work arrangement with locations in Tampa, FL; Knoxville, TN; and Albany, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
- 6 – 8 years of experience in project coordination or management roles.
- Previous experience in team leadership and management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred.
