Job Summary
Plan, implement, and evaluate organization-wide development programs while managing administrative functions for assigned doctoral programs, including onboarding, classroom management, academic advising, and dissertation defenses. Recruit, supervise, and evaluate department staff to ensure optimum performance, and cultivate partnerships with external entities to further department functions. Collect, manage, and report program data while establishing internal controls and ensuring compliance with University policies. Deliver high-quality programs to faculty, staff, and stakeholders within authorized budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations
- Ability to establish department goals, and objectives that support the strategic plan
- Ability to effectively plan, delegate and/or supervise the work of others
- Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others
