Job Summary
The International Training and Support Program Manager is responsible for managing all phases of programs from inception through completion, including cost, schedule, and technical performance. This leadership role includes coordinating proposals, business plans, and budget preparation while serving as the primary customer contact. Key responsibilities include leading multifunctional teams to deliver training and support to international partners, executing product support plans, and managing cross-functional program execution. Requires a strong background in project management and experience with complex programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience, OR a master’s degree and 8 years of related experience
- Related experience in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management
- Prior management experience with programs valued at or greater than $25M
- Prior experience with complex Fleet modernization, training, and/or field support services
- Prior management experience managing suppliers and/or major subcontractors on sustainment programs
- Prior leadership experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with international customers
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in technical discipline
- Prior experience with managing international proposal / capture efforts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at the senior management level
