Job Summary
Own overall program execution performance for the JTAGS in-theater military system, directing all phases from inception through completion. Lead cost, schedule, and technical performance alignment while managing program risks and opportunities to ensure commitments remain executable against baseline plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Field Support, Training, Logistics, and Supply Chain to deliver on program objectives, drive issue resolution across functional boundaries, and maintain compliance with contractual requirements and internal governance. Act as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading review sessions with the 4th Sustainment Squadron and 5th Space Warning Squadron to discuss performance and requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret clearance based on a Special Background Investigation
- Eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related professional experience
- Master's degree and 6 years of related professional experience
- Program leadership or project execution experience in a complex defense or aerospace environment
- Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, and performance
- Demonstrated customer interface and team organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated executive communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Comprehension of organizational financial management and reporting
- 10% of the Time travel

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the JTAGS Program and/or Other Missile Warning Programs
- Experience with USSF customers. Specifically the 4th Sustainment Squadron (4STS) and/or 5th Space Warning Squadron (5SWS)
- International Experience
- CAM experience
- PMI PMP Certification
- Prior experience in proposal development, capture planning and growth strategy
- Leadership
