Job Summary
Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance for the E-2D Production IPT by establishing milestones, monitoring master plans, and identifying risks. Direct cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet objectives while cultivating customer relationships and negotiating contracts, specifications, and budgets. Develop program baselines using Earned Value Management, allocate resources, and manage suppliers to ensure adherence to scope and industry standards. Conduct risk and opportunity management, deliver presentations to stakeholders, and shape requirements for follow-on efforts. Located onsite in Melbourne, FL with a 9/80 work schedule and 50% travel. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of program management experience, including Navy contract experience, and the ability to obtain a US Government Secret Security Clearance.

- Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years of related experience
- Master's degree
- Master of Science in STEM and 7 years of related experience
- Background in project management
- Background in program management
- Background in engineering
- Background in capture efforts
- Background in business management related functions
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period
- Active US Government Secret clearance or higher
- Prior experience with E-2 programs
- Prior experience in managing Navy contracts
- Travel expected: 50%
- U.S. Citizenship
