Job Summary
Role Summary: Lead the programmatic practice at WPP Media India, owning the transformation of digital media buying from manual insertion orders to data- and technology-driven processes, driving higher ROI and revenue. Drive programmatic across publishers, vendors, and startups, automate workflows with cross-functional teams, and establish the programmatic roadmap and growth. Responsibilities include enforcing DV360 and TrueView best practices, delivering high-quality output to regional teams, serving as escalation point for the team, coaching and developing talent, and communicating effectively across stakeholders. Ideal candidates have hands-on programmatic campaign management (3+ years), DV360 expertise (TTD desirable), strong leadership and client-servicing abilities, and established relationships with publishers and data providers in the local market, with a track record of reducing manual effort and driving strategic wins.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns
- DV360 is a must-have skill; TTD is nice to have
- Strong team management and client-servicing skills
- Experience with campaign execution across local programmatic players and measurement providers
- Knowledge of programmatic trading models and publisher monetization strategies
