Job Summary
Program Manager to align engineering, operations, commercial and customer inputs into an execution-ready program plan. Responsible for integrating cross-functional inputs, defining scope and dependencies, managing risks and changes, and ensuring end-to-end program delivery from product development to production operations. Leads governance, readiness activities, and cross-program coordination; partners with Business Development and functional leaders while not owning commercial negotiations. Emphasizes risk management, issue management, and change management, with a focus on delivering reliable, cost-optimized solutions in a semiconductor/medical imaging context; expects travel ~5–10% and collaboration across internal teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in engineering/science, 8+ years of program management experience, and PMP/PgMP or equivalent asset; advanced degree and ISO/regulatory familiarity are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management within complex, cross-functional environments
- Proven experience leading large, complex programs through development and operations
- Strong experience in risk management, issue management, and change management
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and operate effectively with senior technical and operational leaders in a balanced matrix organization
- Strong judgment in escalation, prioritization, and framing decision-ready inputs
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) is an asset
- Expected travel of approximately 5–10% based on program and customer needs
