Job Summary
Coordinate key medical and scientific events, including Digestive Disease Week and the Crohn's & Colitis Congress, by serving as the point of contact between society staff and meeting chairs. Manage communication with invited speakers and moderators, oversee abstract awards, and ensure accurate session details are maintained on program agenda websites. Oversee all program deadlines, CME processes, and logistics submissions while leading customer service efforts through the online ticket system. Prepare and manage program budgets, maintain standard operating procedures, and research new technological advancements. Assist the Director, Senior Director, and Vice President with event operations.
