Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of program management experience specifically within the financial services sector
- Proven track record of managing complex technical and operational integrations, tenant strategies, or post-acquisition scaling
- Comfort collaborating deeply with enterprise architects, cloud engineers, and product teams
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn deep technical jargon into crisp, visual, and strategic narratives for C-suite and SVP-level executives
- Prior consulting experience (or a strong consulting delivery style)
- Able to handle ambiguity
- Able to build relationships quickly
- Able to drive consensus across competing organizational priorities
