Job Summary
Lead Integration Program Managers and Program Manager Leads on small- and large-scale, multi-million-dollar complex integration solution programs. Establish consistent program execution cadences through standups, reviews, and cross-functional follow-ups to drive customer satisfaction and operational accountability. Provide leadership oversight for production readiness, ramp-up modeling, and master production schedule alignment while serving as the escalation point for issues involving engineering, logistics, supply chain, and new product introduction. Manage a cross-section of strategic accounts with high complexity, driving continuous improvement, resource management, and adherence to end-to-end business processes. Develop organizational capability through talent assessment, succession planning, and performance coaching to ensure on-time delivery and P&L performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
- 6+ years of experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Proven track record of implementing and realizing results from transformation and/or strategic initiatives enterprise-wide and globally
- Strong ability to influence senior executives and connect with teams to deliver change/results
- Deep analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal/influencing capabilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
