Job Summary
Manage automotive programs requiring both applications and core development engineering, leading local project teams across 5-10 concurrent initiatives. Coordinate all resources and stakeholders, define cross-functional tasks, and establish work breakdown structures to set schedules and budgets. Foster a high-achieving team environment by promoting constructive dissent, reallocating resources, and driving early resolution of program issues through consensus or unilateral decision-making. Negotiate resource allocations with functional managers and serve as the lead program interface with sales to set system cost targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Major preferably in engineering like Hardware, Software, and Mechanical related
- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience managing projects throughout product development lifecycle
- Minimum 8 years related experience in relevant product development disciplines (e.g. Engineering, Technical Management, Quality, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Willingness to travel 10 - 20% of the time
- Willingness to work in an office in a different location beside Suzhou
- Willingness to submit to a background screen and a drug test
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification preferred
