Job Summary
Lead a team of cost analysts responsible for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation, analysis, and compliance, including SOX adherence and internal/external audits. Manage performance goals, assign work scope, and review timecards for employees while ensuring timely submission of contract deliverables such as CFSR, CSDR, and IPMR. Serve as the primary interface with the program office, functional leadership, and external agencies like DCMA regarding EVMS tasks, proposal preparation, and cost management issues. Provide functional oversight of the Cost Management department, including engagement, staffing, and employee development in a fast-paced, demand-driven environment.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 7 years Finance/Business Management work experience
- Master's Degree
- 5 years of Finance/Business Management work experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and financial analysis
- Working knowledge of EVMS Software (i.e. Cobra)
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Accounting principles
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in cost and schedule management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from an accredited university
- Experience with SAP S4
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in Aerospace and/or Defense programs
- familiarity with Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR)
- familiarity with Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR)
- Advanced proficiency in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) such as Deltek Cobra
- Advanced proficiency in accounting systems such as SAP S4
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems such as Cognos
- Experience leading a team, either as a lead, functional manager, or matrix manager
- Experience interfacing with government audit agencies such as DCMA and DCAA, as well as Internal Audit
- U.S. Citizenship
