Job Summary
As a Professional Services Manager, you will lead a delivery team to achieve utilization and revenue targets, ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include resource planning, budget management, and financial hygiene, while coaching teams for effective performance. You will also run a disciplined operating rhythm, maintain accurate reports, and collaborate with Finance and RevOps. Key qualifications include 5+ years in managing Professional Services teams, expertise in PSA/ERP capabilities, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years leading Professional Services or Consulting delivery teams
- Proven expertise in resource management
- Strong command of PSA/ERP workflows (preferably Certinia)
- Data‐driven decision maker with proficiency in Excel/BI
- Effective partner to Finance, RevOps, and Product
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Self‐starter with strong organizational discipline
